I am very new to the industry. I started my research into becoming a travel advisor in Jan 2024. (I have always loved helping others beforehand with travel.) HAR really helped me narrow down my choices. Having worked in sales for years, I was skeptical of the MLM schemes or the "free" this and that. I wanted to learn everything I could before choosing. I finally decided on LRT. Not only do they help train you (at no cost), everyone has been so supportive on the team. I know I do not know everything there is in the vast world of travel, however, LRT is helping me learn all I can to truly help the client with anything and everything. The weekly meetings, whether for marketing or "ask me anything" from the owner of the company speaks volumes. LuxRally Travel is making moves for the industry in the right way. If you are wanting to make this a career and not just a "discount TA hobby" you have to apply with LRT! We are trained to price shop with MULTIPLE vendors in a quick quote method. I have also loved being able to say that I do not charge service fees. As a new agent, I love not having to worry about that first objection and trying to value prop why I have to charge that. I do not have to worry about a monthly fee to pay, I did not have to worry about paying for all the education received so far. Those that a wary about applying to certain host agencies, stop and just apply with LRT! You will not regret your choice! I flipping love it here!

I am proud to tell people that I am a travel advisor with LuxRally Travel! Having been semi-retired for several years, I was looking for a career that would let me be flexible but follow my passion and LRT did just that. I appreciate them not charging me any fees, giving me the option to schedule a personal session for help and the option to record the team trainings, it really helps me when I don't have to pay any fees just to join a host agency and being able to get training from different suppliers for free as well. That's a really valuable source to learn.

LuxRally Travel is extremely professional and most important honest! I did a lot of research prior to joining LR and found a lot of host agencies have fake positive reviews so be wary of those agencies when searching for a host home.
LR focuses on providing clients with luxury vacations that fit into their budget without any fees or marking up their quotes. LR is a smaller agency so you will not get lost amongst hundreds upon hundreds of agents. Their support team is fantastic...always available, ready to help and have a HUGE amount of knowledge they are willing to share. The owner David Eisen hosts weekly team meetings where he is available to answer questions. Super impressed that the whole LR team!

LuxRally is the real deal! I came on with them and started my business Odyssey Travel Expressions in the summer of 2023 and they've been with me every step of the way. They offer actual training, weekly meetings, daily support, and they encourage you at every turn plus the agents and staff are more like a huge team and work all work to help each other which is a breath of fresh air. I recently attend the First LuxRally Travel Symposium on 9/22 and 9/23. The Symposium took place in Miami. David Eisen was able to get fantastic prices for all attendees to stay at the Trump Doral Golf Resort. The Resort is top notch and had all the First level Luxury Amenities. During the two days, the LuxRally Travel agents were able to meet with the top Travel Suppliers in the Travel Industry. All agents were invited to a Miami Style Dinner at the Eisen's house that included a DJ. On Saturday, Celebrity Cruise Line hosted a very yummy lunch! All of us agents were able to attend sessions to learn about Marketing Tools, the Top Luxury Hotels around the World, tips and trips from other top agents and were able interact directly with David Eisen. David is an inspiration. He is ready and willing to teach on how to be successful in the Travel Industry. I am glad that I joined the LuxRally Travel team! I feel very comfortable that all LuxRally Travel Agents have the support and resources that they need. I look forward to attending the LuxRally Travel Symposium in 2024!
