I am a retired military officer, and my wife and I have proudly been Cruise Planners franchise owners since 2004. We cannot praise Cruise Planners enough for all they have done for us personally and for the travel industry as a whole. But let me focus on our own experience.
1. From the very beginning, Cruise Planners took my wife, Deborah, and me under their wing and trained us to become exceptional travel advisors.
2. They instilled in us the belief that our clients’ interests must always come first—before commissions. Take care of your clients, and they will take care of you.
3. Cruise Planners leads by example. I believe that every dollar of profit they make is reinvested into the company to help franchisees succeed and grow.
4. Perhaps I am biased, but I believe we have not only the best leadership in the industry, but also the best software. As the MC Hammer song says, “You can’t touch this.”
5. When I was diagnosed with cancer, our CEO, Michelle Fee, personally called me and my wife to offer comfort and reassurance. That kind of compassion is something you cannot put a price on.
I could go on and on about the greatness of Cruise Planners. In my view, if there is a company out there that does it better, I don’t want to know. I will be with Cruise Planners for the rest of my life.

I started with Cruise Planners in April of 2023. I had always been interested in travel and I am reaching the age where I am thinking of retiring but I want something to do to have a little income to go with retirement. Someone had said they were a travel agent and I asked them about it and they sent me the link to Cruise Planners. I have been impressed by almost everything that I have looked at. The people that work there truly act like they enjoy what they are doing. Everyone that I talk with about helping me with anything I need help with have been very helpful. While there is more to this business than I have ever imagined I am impressed by how much they have access to and how helpful they are to make me succeed. They are not concerned with how much I do only by how much I want to do and they want to help me accomplish that whether it is a sale a month or the top salesman in the company they will help me to succeed with my goals.
I purchased my franchise in 2017 and just love being part of the Cruise Planners family. CP is always so supportive to my business and you can see everyone loves their position. CP is so innovative and always doing everything they can to support their advisors. So happy I chose to purchase my CP business and become part of this beautiful family!

I joined Cruise Planners in the Fall of 2018 when I decided that I was tired of working for others and wanted to work for myself for a change. I already had a background in corporate meetings, events and travel and did a lot of research online into home-based agencies and I ultimately chose Cruise Planners due to the background of the owners, the relationships with travel suppliers and the technology and support offered. When Covid hit I was just starting to see my business take off (they say it takes about 2 years) and I was devastated. I had no idea if I was going to be able to maintain my business with no income coming in. The executives of Cruise Planners had our backs! I could not have been more impressed with how they stepped up to support the franchise owners during that difficult time. I was able to eek through and keep my business afloat until travel started up again. Last year, I could definitely see the light at the end of the tunnel. Bookings were up and I was starting to make money. Right now, we're only halfway through 2023 and I have already tripled my sales from last year and my commission projections for next year are actually already more than what I've made to date this year. I am so glad I chose Cruise Planners and I'm glad I stuck with it. Being a Travel Advisor is not a cake-walk, by any means, so if you're thinking this is an easy-peasey stay-at-home job, thing again! I work a lot of hours to provide the best service to my clients but I love what I do and I appreciate all of the training and technology that CP offers to help me do my best. And they continue to evolve and grow and therefore, so shall I! You can't go wrong choosing to join the CP Green Team. If you decide to join CP, tell them I sent you :)
Cruise Planners is amazing. I am a home-based agent, but I'm never alone. My host agency is obsessed with my success. I have a dedicated business coach who is instumental in my training and my growth. The Care Team is readily available for the one-off questions. Cruise Planners technology is absolutely top-notch (I worked in tech prior to being in the travel industry) and makes it so easy to run my business.
Cruise Planners has long-standing relationships with vendors, and the "team in green" carries a lot of weight in the industry. Becoming a Cruise Planners agent was one of the smartest things I've ever done.
I am so grateful for all of the resources Cruise Planners has provided for their Travel Advisors. They have definitely been listening to all of the requests and comments from Franchise Owners. I joined CP from another large agency two years ago and I am completely blown away by the level of support we have received, especially in the last 6 months. That other agency would not have supported or backed me up the way that Cruise Planners has.
Since COVID-19 began, our corporate executives, Michelle and Vicky, amaze me each week with updates. I loved the Rocky Balboa analogy today. I have been down in the dumps all week about my business and the state of things. Thank you to all Home Office and team for the sacrifices being made. We all know this isn't easy but having you guys in our corner empowers me to keep my business moving.
Since the global economy took a turn this year, hearing about Cruise Planners corporate plans to take care of the HOT family touched me and once again re-affirmed that when I bought my franchise 6.5 years ago I joined the right company. #CPStrong
This was a very happy review today! I was soooo excited about metrics for the marketing videos. That's super great - and speaks volumes to everyone sitting at home anxious to see some awesome #cruisitude news.
