Their support team is outstanding which is a must for newbies in this business. They have private group page on facebook and all independent agents are very helpful with any questions you may have. I have only been wit affiliated with them since 2018, but my sales have gone up with most suppliers. I recently just started with BNT and I am so glad that I picked this agency as my host! I did a ton of research before choosing a right agency but don't think I could have picked a better one! BNT has a great commission plan for new agents but what really sets them apart for me is great support! I love that I can call them up or email anytime to get help. When looking for a host agency for your home based business there should be a number factors that come into the equation in your decision making process.

When I to BNT in 2015 the things that were at the top of my list were technology, customer service, accountability, and professionalism. From my very first conversations with BNT support I realized there was something else that one could expect from this company which is caring and considerate humans to interact with.

BNT is a business established in 2004 by a family and run with good family values. It has all the major affiliations in the industry and great reputation. If you are looking toward a career in travel industry or perhaps a new host, I would recommend giving the BNT team a call.

If I could do less than one star I would! When I was researching which Host Group to go with I called them several times. I had a whole list of questions! I was told they had training, mentoring, CRM and agent website tools. Sounded like a great deal. I wasted at least 4 of the 6 months I was with them. There was no training or mentoring. The CRM & website tools were very outdated. It was so hard to figure out where to start and they just kept referring me to the TLN training, which is great, but there were several times I studied a process or vendor only to find out it wasn't something we could use!! I know I wasn't the only one because there were so many posts on there FB site with new agents that couldn't figure it out either. As I was getting ready to change to a better Host Group BNT changed to another website with GDS but that wasn't enough to make me stay. I knew with there lack of training and support that the process was still going to be very difficult. I knew within 15 minutes of being with the new host group that I had made the right choice. It has now been about 4 months and I can focus on building my business instead trying to figure out where to go. I do not recommend BNT Travel Group.

My 2 months research of host agencies brought me to many different agencies and BNT was actually my first choice but I felt that something tricky at this company since they are free and do not charge the fees as most of others. After talking to many other agencies reps I finally decided to give a try and start with BNT.

My time with BNT has now coming up on three years and I see they still do not charge new agents any fees which is really cool. I recommend everybody do your homework and look at all host agencies and see what works best for you. In my case BNT is the best one - no fees, no sales pressure, free training as well as fast and very professional support.

I would be very surprised if you didn't end up with BNT.

I joined BNT in 2016 with zero experience in travel business. I had a lot of enthusiasm and passion of travel, and of course a desire to succeed. But be sure they will give you step by step instruction if you need it to get started. And If you are willing to learn and work, you will succeed with BNT. Three years ago I started this business as a part time, today I’m doing it as my full time and brings me enough income to live well and travel. My dreams came true, thanks to BNT. I highly recommend BNT Travel Group as the best host agency to any travel agent or a person who is thinking to become one. The company offers very competitive deals with major tour and cruise operators, etc., and a wonderful commission system. Extremely useful support is provided to all agents, and special care is taken of new agents to make sure that they are on the right track and to help them with their first sales. Recently a new detailed travel agent guide was also introduced by management as a very useful tool for new and existing agents alike.

Professional advice is also available from experienced experts in the host agency. The agency's management also pays special attention to agent education regularly providing links to online travel courses with different tour operators, resorts, cruise lines, etc.

I have signed up for their affiliate program a few days ago. Last night I wanted to start the training, BUT:
most of the links they provided did not take me anywhere , but give me an error message.
This morning I called the number that they have provided as the help desk number. Constantin answered the phone. He told me that the number was for new agents to sign up, if I want technical support I need to Email them.
He was extremely rude; did not listen, kept interrupting me and repeating himself over and over again.
I understand if their system does not work with Apple computers but do not accept unpleasant, rude support.
I am enclosing the screen shots of the error messages.
I asked them for a full refund of $ 199 that I have paid for the membership. I have no desire to be a trainee of an organization where the support people are as unpleasant as Constantin.
They are refusing the refund based on a contract I have signed, however they are not acting according to the contract;
They do not provide training or support.
This organizations feels like a scam.
