12 years ago I was a new agent working from home for a different Host Agency. I came upon the America's Vacation Center, now Avoya, booth at Cruise 360 in Ft Lauderdale. OK, so I've only been with Avoya for 2 1/2 months. The onboarding was pretty thorough. If I find things I don't understand there is always a way to get the answers. Is this easy? NO, But is this rewarding? YES!

The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is that I wish I could have a booking engine attached to my site. Some people just don't want to talk to an agent. They want to feel like they can take care of it themselves.

I've enjoyed all the support as well as the live leads.
