KHM Travel Group Names Bill Coyle Vice President of Agent Engagement
KHM Travel Group has reinforced its position as a travel industry innovator with the promotion of Bill Coyle to the new role of Vice President of Agent Engagement. Bill joins our host agency’s Executive Team in leading new initiatives to reach agents and provide resources necessary for growth in this dynamic industry.
Through a variety of in-person and online channels, Bill will communicate with agents about important KHM Travel Group programs and strategize the best ways to meet the needs of travel agents of all levels of experience.
Since starting his career in travel in 1994, Bill Coyle has become an essential travel industry resource. He has over thirty years of experience leading his own brick and mortar travel agency and has also served on several agent advisory boards including Carnival Cruise Line, Delta Vacations, Disney Travel Company, and AMResorts. As a vocal supporter for travel agents, Bill has held positions with the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) and advocated on a national level legislatively.
Bill’s experience with helping travel agents isn’t just limited to KHM Travel Group. Fans of his Travel Agent Tips video series will recognize Bill, as he provides advice on topics such as networking, closing the sale, finding a work-life balance, selling travel during the pandemic, and more. If you’ve attended any industry events in the past several years, Bill may also be a familiar face. He moderated a panel at CLIA’s 2019 Cruise360 event and trained agents during this year’s ASTA Global Convention.
