Membership
When researching us, our Membership Team is here to help you decide if we are the right fit. They care deeply about our agents and always check out who is coming to town for an event so they can touch base again.
Agent Support
Every agent needs support in one way or another. This team is integral to your success and is always ready to answer questions about suppliers and working with clients as they point you in the right direction.
Education & Engagement
How do you prefer to learn and stay connected? Whatever your answer is, our Education and Engagement Teams have an opportunity for you. In-person events, online courses, personalized coaching, and even a weekly talk show…the ways you can learn and interact with us are endless.
Commission
Not surprisingly, our Commission Team is one of the most important to your success–they ensure you receive your hard-earned commissions every week from the travel you sell. They don’t hesitate to go above and beyond so you are rewarded for your efforts.
Compliance and Resolution
The Compliance and Resolution Team is a group of team members who are always in your corner. They hold agents accountable to industry changes and work to resolve conflicts that may arise during the booking process.
Marketing
Internally, the Marketing Team supports KHM Travel Group to ensure our content is impactful and inclusive. But they also supply a variety of resources and guidance to help you promote your value and increase your sales.
Lastly, we believe in authenticity and provide you with direct access to our Executive Team. Led by President and CEO Rick Zimmerman, this leadership team is deeply involved with understanding your needs and coming up with innovative ways to help you succeed.
As you can tell, our team’s main goal is assisting our agents, but we also like to have fun while we do it. Our Education Manager and host of KHM Today Carolyn Orf works from home in Colorado but visits our office often.
