Gifted Travel Network (GTN) officially announced the launch of their company's strategic rebrand on Monday, October 31, 2022. This rebrand included the unveiling of an updated logo, new colors and fonts, email marketing strategies, and a new website.
GTN advisors received a first look on October 28, 2022, during a network-wide Zoom call.
The strategic initiative behind this rebrand is based on two major factors. The first is the growth GTN has seen post-pandemic. Growth in advisors, overall sales, and staff. The second is the fact that the brand was introduced in 2013, a time when GTN was mainly aligned with its sister company Global Institute for Travel Entrepreneurs (GIFTE). The foundation of GTN’s brand has stayed strong. Elements such as the swirl, logo, and name will remain the same. The main changes include the font and colors to reflect the new elevated experience at GTN.
"Our incredibly talented team drove this project in-house to create the new logo and all other branding aspects," said Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Vanessa McGovern. “We are excited to unveil the new logo and website to our current members, our partners, the travel industry, and new prospective members.”
On the theme of exciting news, GTN announced they recently won their sixth Magellan Award since 2018. In the category of Travel Advisor Organization, their professional development program: Travel Business University has received the gold award for Overall Training program.
"This year, 37% of GTN’s overall sales are coming from our advisors who are or were in the Travel MBA program," said Chief Executive Officer, Jen Cochrane. "That number represents all brand-new-to-the-industry business."
Additionally, GTN announced Kristin Matthews as the Director of Professional Development. Kristin transitions to this role from owning her own successful travel business and being a mentor for the Travel MBA program. Her professional background includes a master’s degree in Education and Counseling. Kristin will oversee all aspects of Travel Business University, and this includes Travel MBA, Accelerate, and the Top Producers Club.
“I am so excited to join an established and award-winning program," said Matthews. "I look forward to elevating the deliverables and current structure of the program to meet a post-pandemic travel landscape.”
