Last updatedOctober 20, 2016

Gifted Travel Network (GTN) is proud to announce the launch of its new web show, Travel Talk Live on October 18th at noon, Eastern. Travel Talk Live is designed to inspire and educate the traveling public on what’s possible for their next vacation.

Vanessa McGovern, Executive Vice President of Gifted Travel Network
Vanessa McGovern

GTN Executive Vice President Vanessa McGovern will host the weekly web series every Tuesday at noon ET on the Gifted Travel Network Facebook fan page. Each week will feature a different travel industry insider, ranging from tour guides to CEOs. Insiders will share exciting information and tips that travelers can’t get anywhere else.

The first episode of Travel Talk Live will feature Kelly Mwila, founder and CEO of Alaska to Africa Travel, who will share insider information about traveling to Alaska beyond cruising. Kelly specializes in corporate adventure travel to Alaska. As a native Alaskan, she is intimately aware of the travel experiences that exist beyond the mainstream cruises and crafts itineraries that showcase the beauty of Alaska.

The GTN team was inspired to launch Travel Talk Live after hosting a wildly successful Travel Entrepreneurship Week in August through GTN’s sister company, the Global Institute for Travel Entrepreneurs.

Through Travel Talk Live, the GTN team hopes to open the eyes of the traveling public to the travel possibilities available to them, reinforce the value of the travel professional and put travel professionals back on the radar screen of the traveling public.
