GIFTE Hosts the Third Annual Travel Entrepreneurship Week
GIFTE is excited to present our 3rd annual Travel Entrepreneurship Week (TEW) to the travel industry community at large. This year’s virtual event will be held June 18th – 22nd on the GIFTE Fan Page and will showcase our Best of the Best content! The content featured on TEW 2018 will be a collection of presentations that have made the most impact on our GIFTE members in the last year. We will share topics ranging from Instagram, Facebook Live, group strategies, success mindset and more. All the presentations are geared towards empowering travel professionals and helping them along their entrepreneurial journey.
GIFTE is committed to shifting the way travel business owners are educated in our industry. The GIFTE team believes that radical change needs to occur in travel agent education in order for our profession to be taken seriously and put back on the radar of the traveling public. Since the seven and a half years since GIFTE was founded, GIFTE has changed hundreds of travel professionals lives through a mindset over strategy approach to education and putting the most relevant client attraction and marketing strategies in front of travel agents consistently.

GIFTE will also showcase travel industry experts Stuart Cohen, Emily Matras and Sandra McLemore. “We are so excited to have Stuart Cohen – industry icon for groups on TEW!” says Meredith Hill, Founder of GIFTE. “And for those that are not already familiar with Emily Matras of Bon Vivant Copy and Sandra Cottam of Village Girl Marketing, you will be very impressed with their fresh perspectives and proven strategies.” Matras will share secrets to writing copy that connects while McLemore will wow attendees with her Instagram knowledge.
Another big and much anticipated topic is undoubtedly Is It Time To Get Your Own IATA? delivered by Jennifer Cochrane, COO of GIFTE. “There is so much misinformation about this topic, and so many business owners leap to this decision blindly and don’t weigh all the important facts,” says Cochrane. “I look forward to sharing the factors to consider so travel business owners can make a more well rounded and strategic decision.”
The 3rd annual Travel Entrepreneurship Week promises to over deliver on content and really make newcomers to this experience re think their approach to their travel businesses.
