We are looking for a Cycling Travel Advisor who will be the first point of contact for our potential guests. Your role will be to understand their needs and expectations, present initial options, and guide them towards the right solution. Once the guest is ready to take the next step, you will hand the inquiry over to our team, who will take over and complete the booking process.

  • What will you do?Handle initial inquiries from potential guests via email and video calls;
  • Conduct video calls with guests to gather key information about their preferences, experience, and expectations;
  • Advise guests on cycling destinations and tours across Europe and prepare initial suggestions;
  • Answer guest questions and help them form a clear picture of their ideal trip;
  • Identify guest needs and assess which of our tours are the best fit for them;
  • Prepare a high-quality handover and pass qualified inquiries to our team, who will continue the process and close the booking;
  • Maintain regular communication with interested guests and ensure appropriate follow-up;
  • Track the performance of your inquiries and work towards maximizing conversion into bookings.
  • Who are we looking for?We are looking for someone who:Has a good general knowledge of cycling, cycling travel, and European destinations;
  • Communicates confidently and naturally with people;
  • Knows how to ask the right questions and quickly understand a guest's needs;
  • Is sales-oriented and knows how to get guests excited about the right experience;
  • Is independent, organized, and responsible;
  • Is comfortable communicating via email and video calls;
  • Is fluent in written and spoken English;
  • Is available to work at least 30 hours per week, including weekends;
  • Is willing to work within US time zones, with some flexibility to adjust their working hours.

Previous experience in tourism or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement. What matters most is that you have a good understanding of cycling and European destinations and genuinely enjoy working with people.
