Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Travel Advisor. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for Sales, creating personalized travel itineraries, booking travel arrangements including accommodations and transportation, and communicating directly with clients to ensure their travel needs are met. The role also includes ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving concerns promptly. Collaboration with the team to stay informed about travel trends and opportunities is also essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction expertise
• Effective Communication skills, including verbal and written
• Proficiency in organizing and managing Travel Arrangements
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on client needs
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in travel planning is a bonus
