Role Description

As a Travel Agent at Travgroup, you'll book and manage travel for our clients across air, hotels, cruises, tours, and car rentals. You'll work directly with vendors, airlines, and our network, build real relationships with the clients you serve, and craft personalized travel experiences from initial inquiry through post-trip follow-up. This is an in-office role based in Brooklyn, NY.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Sabre — this is non-negotiable

• Exceptional attention to detail (this matters in every booking we touch)

• Experience with reservations and travel arrangements

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Calm under pressure and a true team player

• Sales skills and the ability to promote travel packages

• Familiarity with travel destinations and industry standards

• Knowledge of car rental processes and services is a plus
