Responsibilities

  • Arrange routine and complex domestic and international business travel for air, car, hotel, limousine, and rail through phone and email
  • Adhere to tiered travel policies
  • Maintain an exceptional and consistent relationship with our clients
  • Assist with researching and resolving client enquiries in a timely manner
  • Support group travel reservations
  • Update traveler profile information with our online support team
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Other tasks as requested

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate travel working multiple accounts
  • Ability to learn to ticket in ARC and BSP
  • Strong knowledge of commission contracts and ticketing formats
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment
  • GDS experience in Native Sabre
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise with clients and establish positive relationships
  • Experience in a matrix based and collaborative environment
  • Strong attention to detail, being highly organized and showing the ability to multi-task
  • Experience using Microsoft products such as Outlook, Teams, Excel and SharePoint
