Independent Travel Advisor (1099 Contract Role)

Role Description
We’re seeking Independent Travel Advisors to join our growing team! This is a 1099 contract position with a focus on Europe and FITs (Fully Independent Travel). You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely while providing exceptional customer service and helping clients plan and book their dream vacations. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and booking travel arrangements tailored to clients’ preferences.
- Providing outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Managing agency operations, including sales reporting and CRM updates.
What You Should Know:
- This is an independent contractor role (1099).
- Leads will not be provided—you’ll build your own client base.
- Monthly fees start at $40.
- Commission starts at a 70% split, with opportunities for growth based on performance.
Qualifications
We’re looking for motivated individuals with the following skills and attributes:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of travel destinations (Europe, cruises, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
