Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Irving, TX. The Travel Consultant will play a key role in assisting clients with end-to-end travel arrangements and delivering outstanding customer support. Responsibilities include:
- Making travel reservations including flights, hotels, insurance, and other related services
- Collaborating with clients to determine their travel needs and providing destination, transportation, and accommodation guidance
- Following up on travel plans and making necessary adjustments as required
- Supporting both corporate and leisure travel clients
- Ensuring smooth execution of bookings and providing timely solutions
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $3,000.00 per month

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; a degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a corporate or leisure travel agency
- Familiarity with both domestic and international travel destinations
- Proficiency in travel arrangements, consulting, and reservation systems
- Knowledge of Computer Reservation Systems (CRS) and Sabre GDS preferred (training available if needed)
- Strong sales abilities and commercial awareness
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Personal travel experience considered a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
