Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Irving, TX. The Travel Consultant will play a key role in assisting clients with end-to-end travel arrangements and delivering outstanding customer support. Responsibilities include:

  • Making travel reservations including flights, hotels, insurance, and other related services
  • Collaborating with clients to determine their travel needs and providing destination, transportation, and accommodation guidance
  • Following up on travel plans and making necessary adjustments as required
  • Supporting both corporate and leisure travel clients
  • Ensuring smooth execution of bookings and providing timely solutions

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In-person (Irving, TX)

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; a degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a corporate or leisure travel agency
  • Familiarity with both domestic and international travel destinations
  • Proficiency in travel arrangements, consulting, and reservation systems
  • Knowledge of Computer Reservation Systems (CRS) and Sabre GDS preferred (training available if needed)
  • Strong sales abilities and commercial awareness
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Personal travel experience considered a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
