We are striving to be a premier luxury travel agency specializing in bespoke, high-end travel experiences for discerning clients worldwide. Our brand is built on exceptional service, insider access, and thoughtfully curated journeys that redefine luxury travel, paired with carefully curated content available to its members.
Pay Range: 75k to 85k
Senior Luxury Travel Advisor
We’re seeking an experienced and highly connected Senior Luxury Travel Advisor to design exceptional, tailor-made journeys for a discerning global clientele. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep destination expertise with a refined sense of service, thrives on detail, and understands that luxury is defined as much by seamless execution as it is by exclusivity.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll curate bespoke travel experiences from concept to completion, managing every stage of the client journey. This includes developing personalized itineraries, sourcing unique accommodations and experiences, coordinating private transportation, and ensuring flawless logistics. You’ll maintain strong relationships with high-end hotels, villas, tour operators, and on-the-ground partners to unlock VIP perks, upgrades, and exclusive access.
You’ll also serve as a trusted advisor to clients—anticipating preferences, offering thoughtful recommendations, and being available to troubleshoot in real time when needed. Building long-term relationships and repeat business is central to this role.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in luxury travel planning or a similar high-touch service role
- Extensive knowledge of global destinations, especially luxury hotspots and emerging high-end markets
- Strong industry connections and familiarity with preferred partner programs (e.g., Virtuoso, Signature, etc.)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple complex itineraries
- Proficiency with travel booking systems and itinerary-building tools
