PTN Travel is a boutique host agency supporting independent luxury travel advisors. Rooted in “approachable luxury,” our brand is bold, timeless, community-driven, and committed to sustainability. We’re seeking a skilled Social Media Manager on a contractor basis to bring our brand to life across digital platforms—driving engagement, generating quality leads, and inspiring growth within our advisor community.

Scope of Work

• Develop and manage a consistent posting schedule for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Google My Business, and YouTube
• Create content that highlights PTN’s commitment to sustainable travel while reflecting our “approachable luxury” brand voice
• Build campaigns with a focus on lead generation to attract new advisors to PTN
• Source compelling visuals from advisors, suppliers, events, and stock libraries
• Write engaging captions that inspire, connect, and convert
• Track analytics, report on performance, and recommend strategies to increase both engagement and qualified leads

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand, ideally within travel, lifestyle, or luxury industries
• Strong visual storytelling skills, with proficiency in creative tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with an eye for brand voice consistency
• Understanding of social media lead generation strategies and sustainable brand messaging
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
• Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and current social media trends preferred
