About the Role
This role has arguably become one of the most significant additions to our Operations Board. - Create and distribute itineraries for all traveling members
- Compile and safeguard student information along with our advisors, as it pertains to flight numbers and agency bookings
- Collect and submit all required university travel forms, waivers, and emergency contact information
- Work alongside the Bookkeeper to track travel expenses (pertaining to existing budgets), manage rooming lists, and ensure all trip deposits are collected on time
- Aid chapter advisors with no-show and penalty billings with Student Accounts
- You also have on-campus responsibilities:
- Organize food, beverages, and supplies for local chapter meetings, events, and/or workshops
- Coordinate physical event setup and breakdown for on-campus bookings
- Track and accommodate the dietary restrictions/accessibility needs of all members during travel and local events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visiting speakers, alumni, or judges, as well as the Student Government Association, when booking through Engage
