Role Description The Corporate Travel Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing corporate travel programs for Lux Travely’s business clients. This position manages travel policies, negotiates with suppliers, and coordinates complex itineraries for executives and teams while ensuring cost-effectiveness and high service standards. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing travel requests, arranging ground transportation and related services, monitoring bookings, and ensuring compliance with safety and company guidelines. The role involves collaborating with client stakeholders to understand travel needs, resolving travel-related issues, and providing proactive communication before, during, and after trips. The Corporate Travel Manager also analyzes travel data to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and support strategic decisions that enhance the client and traveler experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate travel management, including policy development, itinerary planning, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong skills in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and customer service.
  • Proficiency with travel booking tools, scheduling systems, and basic data analysis for reporting and optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle time-sensitive requests, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of travel safety standards, risk management practices, and current industry regulations.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote setting, with reliable connectivity and professional workspace.
  • Previous experience in luxury transportation, hospitality, or corporate travel is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
