ION Solar is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to manage travel arrangements for our sales and executive teams. The Travel Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation, as well as managing minor travel-related expenses.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and book travel arrangements for the sales and executive teams, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  2. Manage and process minor travel-related expenses, including receipts, credit card statements, and travel reimbursements
  3. Work closely with sales and executive teams to ensure travel itineraries are accurate and meet business needs
  4. Communicate effectively with external travel vendors and internal finance teams
  5. Research and recommend cost-effective travel options while maintaining quality standards
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to corporate travel

Qualifications

  1. 1+ years of experience in a travel coordination or related role
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  3. Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  7. Knowledge of travel booking platforms, such as Concur or Expensify, is a plus
