This role supports the development, organization and optimization of travel products, including supplier offerings, packages and promotions across InteleTravel’s portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate product information, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, tracking product performance, and assisting with the rollout of new products and initiatives. The coordinator helps ensure advisors have up-to-date resources, participates in product-related projects and campaigns, and supports customer-facing teams with product details and documentation. The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of the travel product portfolio.
- Key Responsibilities and Duties:Own and manage the product backlog for assigned verticals, ensuring priorities are aligned to business objectives and measurable ROI.
- Partner with technology department, business development, and supply teams to support inventory depth, pricing competitiveness, and real-time availability.
- Improve the advisor booking experience by streamlining workflows and reducing time-to-quote.
- Define and communicate product requirements, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
- Monitor product performance and use data to guide feature prioritization and roadmap decisions.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams, marketing and business stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve cross-sell, upsell, conversion, and operational efficiency.
- Support testing, launch, and adoption of new product functionality.

- Increase online booking volume or program usage and reduce reliance on customer service assistance.
- Support growth in travel & product usage.
- Surface InteleTravel exclusive promotions, perks, and program benefits where applicable.
- Improve attachment rate by increasing hotel bookings alongside air and cruise bookings.
- Enhance look-to-book performance through better merchandising and booking flow optimization.
- Own bundling capabilities for the vacation builder experience.
- Enable multi-stop itinerary creation with minimal manual errors.
- Manage direct relationships with stakeholders, technology and marketing departments.
- Increase average order value and repeat traveler engagement through seamless experiences.
- Oversee activities, car rentals, rail, events, and similar ancillary products as a unified offering.
- Drive cross-sell opportunities through intelligent product recommendations.
- Increase incremental revenue per booking through InteleTravel products/platforms.
- Success MetricsPerformance in this role will be measured by improvements in:Revenue growth within assigned verticals.

- Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Product Management, Information Systems, Travel, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
- Experience working in travel, travel technology, ecommerce, or a related consumer platform.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and delivery plans.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred QualificationsTravel industry or travel technology experience across cruise, hotel, air, insurance, vacation packages, or ancillary products.
- Experience with product analytics, conversion optimization, and revenue-focused KPIs.
- Familiarity with advisor-facing booking platforms and supplier distribution systems.
- Experience working with Marketing & training teams to reach.
