Job Description:

In today’s travel environment, it is critical to have an expert on your side, so we are with our clients every step of the way: before, during, and even after their vacations! Becoming an agent with Inspire More Travel means that you will be our clients’ one point of contact for all of their travel needs.

This is an Independent Contractor position (1099) which provides you with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space while enjoying the benefits of being on your own schedule. As an Independent Contractor with Inspire More Travel, your earnings will be tied to your performance. You will have the opportunity to earn money through the following:

• Bookings: Earn a competitive commission on each successful booking you facilitate.
• Service Fees: Charge fees for your travel industry expertise and services.
• Sales Bonuses: Unlock performance-based bonuses for exceeding sales targets or being one of our top sellers. Agents with any number of bookings are also entered into our quarterly raffle!

Responsibilities:

• Market yourself online and in person to build a book of business.
• Research destinations and prepare quotes/proposals for clients.
• Enter bookings into our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Make and keep track of client payments.
• Assist clients with booking extras such as dining reservations, airport transfers, stroller rentals, ECV rentals, excursions, etc.
• Answer any questions that clients may have before, during, and even after their trip.
• Watch prices and apply discounts when applicable.
• Help clients with any technical issues they may be experiencing with apps.
• Understand supplier terms and conditions (T&C) and send them to clients.
• Offer travel insurance to clients and direct them to T&C.
• Keep up-to-date on travel guidelines and inform clients of any changes.
• Correct mistakes when they occur and/or resolve issues.
• Provide timely, exceptional customer service.
• Complete our company training course and supplier training courses.
• Attend any monthly or required meetings. (virtually)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year’s experience in customer service, sales, and/or marketing.
• You are well versed in Disney destinations.
• You travel personally at least 2 to 3 times per year.
• You have experience using a CRM.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED (preferred)

License Requirements:

All agents will be required to obtain a Florida Sellers of Travel license upon hiring in based on state regulations.

Hours:

There are no set hours or days for this position. As an Independent Contractor, you are free to create your own schedule.

Benefits:

This job is an Independent Contractor position and does not offer fringe benefits such as health insurance benefits, paid vacation, etc.

Travel:

Travel is not required. This position is 100% remote. (However, you may choose to participate in company events and familiarization trips at your own expense.)
