Honeymooners is not a travel agency. We are a boutique company that designs tailor-made honeymoons as the first chapter of life together. Born in Europe, we have built a premium brand with thousands of leads every month and now we are launching in the United States — the largest honeymoon market in the world.

The role

We are looking for ambitious, client-focused Travel Consultants to join our founding US team. This is not a call center role — it’s about building deep connections with couples and designing journeys they will never forget.

What you will do

• Speak with couples who come to us already looking for help with their honeymoon (all inbound leads — no cold calls).
• Understand their story, their dreams, and what they want to feel during this trip.
• Design fully personalized honeymoons — from Maldives to Amalfi, from safaris in Africa to adventures in Asia.
• Guide couples with confidence and empathy, becoming their trusted advisor.
• Work closely with our back-office team in Europe (CRM, proposals, concierge) so you can focus purely on clients and sales.
• Be part of the foundation of our US growth, with clear paths to leadership for top performers.

What we are looking for

• Fluent English, confident and empathetic communication.
• Sales or travel consulting experience in premium/luxury segments.
• Passion for destinations — you can naturally inspire people when you talk about the world.
• Hunter mindset: ambitious, driven, and comfortable working with clear goals.
• Discipline to follow a premium sales playbook, while still bringing your personal spark.
