## Role Overview

As a member of our team, you will manage daily travel operations for our Ambassador physicians and locum tenens staff. This entails handling travel data, generating and reconciling reports, and resolving any travel-related issues concerning accommodations, housing agreements, flights, and ground transportation. You will work closely with travel agents, healthcare providers, and recruiters to effectively meet all travel needs.

  • Location:** This role is fully remote.

## Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain reports using various databases
  • Manage the travel request dashboard
  • Reconcile charges related to airfare, hotels, and rental cars
  • Act as a liaison between travel agents, recruiters, and healthcare providers to address travel issues
  • Initiate payments for hotel reservations approved for providers
  • Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements for healthcare providers
  • Maintain detailed records of all travel arrangements and requests
  • Handle on-call responsibilities (less than 10 hours per month) remotely
  • Support other related duties and special projects as assigned by your manager

### Preferred Qualifications

  • Some college coursework, an associate degree, or relevant certifications
  • A college degree or a combination of education and relevant experience is preferred
  • 1-2 years of office experience with clerical work and travel coordination
  • Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, and travel coordination is a plus
