THE PERSON
You are a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Agile and adaptable, you will proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, propose and deliver exceptional golf-based travel experiences to global destinations to the highest quality with seamless execution.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience in luxury travel working directly with individual and group clients. You have a proven track record of curating and executing exceptional, personalized experiences combining elements of travel, lifestyle and connected services. Specific experience in the golf travel sector and an interest in golf would be an advantage.

THE ROLE
Working as part of a decentralised, global team, this role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in travel, capable of designing and executing world-class golf based experiences that align with the most sophisticated expectations.
Beyond delivering seamless service, you will play a key role in driving sales, cultivating lasting client relationships, and ensuring continued business growth. Success in this role demands a balance of thoughtfulness, efficiency, and accountability, along with the ability to anticipate client needs and curate experiences that exceed expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Garmany Golf clients, building and maintaining deep, trusted relationships.
- Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and aspirations, ensuring every interaction is personalized and meaningful.
- Communicate effectively and thoughtfully at every stage of a request-from initial inquiry to execution-demonstrating impeccable attention to detail, expertise, and responsiveness.
- Anticipate client needs beyond their immediate requests, constantly seeking ways to enhance the experience with tailored recommendations.
Itinerary Planning & Execution
- Has full ownership of a request for a Garmany Experience from initial consultation to completion, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed to the client’s satisfaction.
- Leveraging deep industry knowledge and an extensive network of top-tier contacts across key destinations including travel, accommodations, golfing & dining to craft unique and personalized itineraries for groups and individuals.
- Apply a detailed-oriented approach to planning, pricing and executing bespoke itineraries, ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience for Garmany Golf clients.
- Demonstrate agility and problem-solving expertise by troubleshooting unexpected challenges with discern and efficiency, resolving issues proactively and directly addressing client concerns.
- Maintain a highly personalized approach to every request, curating experiences that align perfectly with each client’s preferences, aspirations and past experiences, including those that go ‘Beyond The Green’.
- Ensure seamless execution of the Garmany experience by working closely with the operations team to process final documents, including itineraries, visa, health requirements, ticketing and final payments to guarantee smooth execution.
Operations & Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure all details of the Garmany Experience are captured and shared, enabling seamless execution for suppliers and clients alike, positioning Garmany as a partner with an unparalleled reputation for service excellence.
- Ensure meticulous record-keeping and financial accuracy by utilizing booking tools to track client requests, invoices, and transactions, maintaining compliance with Garmany procedures and standards.
- Actively collaborate with teammates to maintain service excellence, offering support to teammates during high-demanding periods, sharing insights, and fostering a culture of mutual support and professionalism.
- Facilitate effective internal communication, ensuring colleagues are informed of client preferences, past experiences, and evolving needs to deliver consistent service.
- Prioritize team success, stepping up to challenges, maintaining focus on client satisfaction, and ensuring seamless execution of the Garmany Experience
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, travel or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a client facing luxury travel role, ideally with an interest or experience in selling Golf focused travel
- Exceptional communication skills with impeccable written and verbal abilities to engage with clients, suppliers and team members professionally and effectively.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities with efficiency while managing tasks based on urgency, complexity, and deadlines.
- A critical thinker with an analytical mindset, demonstrating the ability to simplify complex data into actionable solutions

COMPENSATION
Location: Remote
Salary: $60-70k base plus incentive and PTO allowance
