Travel Coordinator
We’re looking for a Travel Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position plays a vital role in the coordination, management, and tracking of travel arrangements for CSI’s consultants. As a Travel Coordinator, you will ensure accurate communication of itineraries prior to consultants going on assignment, as well as resolve any travel related issues that may occur. You will collaborate closely with various areas of the organization to understand and execute travel requirements to help fuel successful projects from consultant travel to the project site through to the completion of the assignment.

What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary contact for travel arrangements for consultants deploying for CSI projects.
- Arrange short-term suitable accommodations for the travel and lodging of consultants on assignment.
- Ensure that transportation and hotel arrangements are tracked and monitored appropriately
- Provide excellent communication regarding transportation, providing detailed itineraries to ensure a smooth and positive travel experience.
- Leverage hotel and rental car partnerships to effectively provide accommodations in proximity to project sites
- Display excellent time management and problem solving skills to execute the coordination and logistics of large projects.
- Creatively source opportunities for lodging by collaborating with the CSI Delivery team to understand requirements of the project.
- Identifies opportunities to improve travel processes, such as automation, system enhancements, or policy revisions, and provides recommendations to management.
Your Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- 1-2 years of travel coordination experience preferred
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team
- Proficient with MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office)
