Schedule: This is a part-time opportunity 20 hours per week expected. The schedule will range between 9:00am-1:00pm (Open to EST, CST, MST, & PST hours). Salary Range: $24.00- $26.00/hour. Benefits: 401(k) 5% match ($1:$1) 11 Company Paid Holidays Laptop and related hardware required provided $50 cell phone reimbursement a month provided Overview: The Travel Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements for employees of the company. This position is ideal for an experienced travel professional with a background as a travel agent and a passion for providing top-notch service. Working closely with team members, you will manage travel logistics, address any challenges, and ensure compliance with company travel policies while delivering cost-effective solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success and productivity of our organization by enabling hassle-free travel experiences. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Facilitate the onsite safety inspections by ComplyAuto team members at automotive dealerships. Review requests for inspections, obtain possible inspection dates from dealerships, coordinate with ComplyAuto team members based on availability, manage travel logistics and costs, book travel, confirm with team members and with dealerships. Plan, coordinate, and book domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries for ComplyAuto team members. Manage changes to travel schedules, cancellations, and other last-minute adjustments efficiently. Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget constraints. Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and provide detailed reports as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding travel arrangements and troubleshooting issues during trips. Research and provide recommendations on travel options, including cost-effective and safe. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes, especially those affecting car dealerships. MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in internal and external committees. Perform other duties as assigned. Associates degree or higher preferred and 5 years of experience in travel agent/coordinator experience; any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar role in travel coordination internal to an organization. Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and tools (e.g., GDS, online booking platforms). Ability to efficiently manage travel budgets and use cost-effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with travelers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Flexibility to address urgent travel needs outside of standard working hours. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and successfully interact with people at all management and support levels, within and outside the organization. Ability to meet regular attendance expectations. Proven ability to consistently perform duties with integrity, effectiveness, efficiency, and at the highest level of professionalism.
