Job Purpose & Summary
Atlas is a fast-growing fintech company redefining luxury lifestyle access for our members. We’re seeking an experienced, service-driven professional to join our Travel & Lifestyle Member Services team. This role centers on delivering premium, concierge-style support for complex and high-value travel and lifestyle requests — including flights, hotels, villas, private charters, sporting events, concerts, and more.
This is an ideal opportunity for a former luxury travel advisor, concierge agent, or lifestyle manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about curating unforgettable experiences for discerning clientele. You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring members receive white-glove support and seamless execution across every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end travel and lifestyle requests, including researching, booking, and coordinating:
- Commercial and private flights
- Luxury hotels, resorts, and villas
- Event access, and entertainment
- Ground transportation
- Provide timely, high-touch support to members via chat delivering thoughtful and personalized service
- Maintain deep familiarity with internal platforms and third-party tools to ensure efficient and accurate booking execution
- Act as a brand ambassador, reinforcing Atlas’s premium positioning through every interaction
- Identify trends and escalate member feedback to improve service offerings and internal processes
- Collaborate closely with our concierge partners, vendor networks, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and handoffs
- Contribute to the development of SOPs, macros, and knowledge base articles for travel & lifestyle workflows
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1-5 years of experience in luxury travel planning, concierge services, or lifestyle management
- Proven expertise in managing complex travel itineraries and high-end client preferences
- Deep knowledge of global destinations, luxury hospitality, aviation, and event access
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mindset
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
- Operationally sharp — able to work across tools, troubleshoot logistics, and manage multiple priorities at once
Nice to haves:
- Experience with GDS platforms like Sabre, Amadeus, or Apollo
- Experience using Zendesk, CRM tools, or internal ticketing systems
- Personal or professional familiarity with boutique and luxury hotel brands (Aman, Six Senses, Belmond, etc.)
