Responsibilities

Job Summary:

  • Assists as needed with the processing of Travel and Business related Expenses.
  • Assists as needed with the reconciliation of Corporate issued Purchasing Cards.
  • Provides analysis on spending trends and identifying opportunities for better stewardship.
  • Partners with our internal auditors to ensure compliance with company policies while monitoring metrics.
  • Assists with the implementation and development of Oracle Cloud, including best practices, dashboarding, and reporting.
  • Work cross functional alongside the Accounts Payable processing team and assist in multiple areas when identified.
  • Partner with appropriate departments and personnel across the organization.
  • Assists with developing and updating work instructions, training materials, and QRG’s when needed.

Additional Preferences

  • Within the scope of the job, it requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to perform complex tasks in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Including pivot tables, v-lookups, creating slide decks and other analysis.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and join discussions on development and implementation of Oracle Cloud as well as communicate with Leadership on spending trends for T&E and Card Services.
