Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Travel Advisor to join our team on-site at our Albuquerque, NM office. In this role, you will manage travel arrangements, provide exceptional customer service, and create tailored travel experiences for clients. Responsibilities include organizing itineraries, booking travel accommodations, addressing client inquiries professionally, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with vendors and partners to deliver high-quality travel services.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Customer Service and maintaining a high level of Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and working with a Travel Agency
• Strong Communication skills and ability to build positive client relationships
• Proficiency in relevant booking and travel management tools or software
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in Leisure, Corporate, or Group travel is a plus
• GDS Experience
