• Role: Global Travel Consultant

About the Role

We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking an experienced and motivated Global Travel Consultant to join their Aviation team. In this role, you will manage complex global travel logistics, coordinate crew rotations, and ensure adherence to company travel policies. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Sabre GDS, deliver outstanding traveler support, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex international and domestic travel arrangements, including crew rotations.
• Utilize Sabre GDS for fare construction, exchanges, and ticketing.
• Provide high-quality traveler support and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless travel experiences.
• Maintain compliance with corporate travel policies and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Support a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional travel consulting experience.
• 2+ years handling complex international ticketing.
• 2+ years using native Sabre GDS (minimal reliance on scripts).
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience with in-house corporate travel.
• Familiarity with Concur Travel administration.
• Experience managing large-scale crew rotations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
