Whether new to industry or seasoned veterans, your experience on the Epperly team is crafted around your needs. Each new-to-the-team advisor is invited to an orientation call, as well as a one-on-one marketing and business plan conversation for coaching around their goals. IC's who are less than 2 years into the travel business are invited to participate in Epperly's formal mentorship program, which also includes a Shadowing Period (think of us like Hitch, the dating coach in your ear, helping you through your first few bookings!) and access to the EntreTravel Training Program - there is a cost associated with the full Mentorship Program for new-to-industry advisors.
