When is IMEX America

IMEX America kicks off with a full day of free education at Smart Monday on Monday, October 16 2023 at Mandalay Bay. Trade show opening and closing times are below.

From the airport

1. By airport shuttle bus. Available at multiple locations around Harry Reid Airport. Around 30 minutes (buses wait until they are full before leaving). Fares from $8
2. By taxi in around 10 minutes. Fares from $25
3. By Uber in around 10 minutes. Fares from $15

From Strip hotels

1. By IMEX America transfer from Tuesday, October 17 through Thursday, October 19. Morning and evening transfers run from selected hotels
2. By Deuce bus, a 24-hour bus running along the Strip and stopping outside Mandalay Bay. Fares from $6.
3. By monorail. Day passes from $5
4. On foot. Four Seasons (10 minutes), Delano (15 minutes), Luxor (15 minutes), New York New York (30 minutes)

By car

1. Enter Mandalay Bay from the Strip (Las Vegas Boulevard) and follow signs to the parking garage

1. Mandalay Bay Resort, Four Seasons, Delano and Mandalay Bay Convention Center are all connected
2. Allow 15 minutes to walk from the Delano and 10 minutes to walk from Mandalay Bay or Four Seasons
