Free and flexible flights (from within the US and long-haul too if you're coming as part of a hosted buyer group), and accommodations are standard—and you'll experience VIP treatment before, during and after the show. There's no catch—you just need to meet our qualifying criteria of regularly planning or commissioning large-scale events around the world.


Cost

Enjoy free flights (from within the US and long-haul too if you are coming as part of a hosted buyer group), free accommodations and the knowledge that we are taking care of the logistics. Attendance is free too of course, and there are no cancellation fees or fines.
