AAA Travel Advisors support Member/non-Member sales and service on multiple levels through multiple communication channels related to full-service domestic and international travel products.

In Addition, AAA Travel Advisors Also

1. Serve Members/non-Members through telephone, email, and web chat channels by selling and servicing all domestic and international travel-related products. with a concentration on Diamond Elite and Preferred vendor products.
2. Operates and is familiar with all ACA travel systems and applicable travel partner booking sites.
3. Complies with all ARC regulations and Club policies and procedures in the collection and handling of assets.
4. Answers and accurately processes incoming telephone calls, e-mails, and web chat sessions related to AAA travel while demonstrating a pleasant and professional manner in compliance with quality guidelines.
5. Participates as a user in testing of new systems/procedures. Mentor other Travel Contact Center Associates.

16. Minimum of a High School Diploma
17. A graduate of an accredited travel school (Preferred)
18. Minimum of Eighteen (18) months experience as a full-service Leisure Travel Agent
19. Experience with domestic and international travel.
20. Must be able to work one weekend day each week (shorter hours) - steady schedule. Choice of schedules.
21. Extensive knowledge of worldwide geography.

Work Schedules: (TBD) 1st shift with one weekend day to be included with less hours. Choice of schedules.

Training requirement: (TBD) Monday - Friday (9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST) for the first 7 weeks. Work schedule will begin after training is completed. Paid Training. All computer equipment provided by AAA Club Alliance.
