FAM Trip Pricing:

Double Room - $699* per qualifying agent ($899* for non-agent companion)

Single Room - $899* per qualifying agent

*Travel insurance is not included in the pricing above. We highly recommend that you add the Vacation Protection Plan (VPP) to your booking (net non-commissionable). FAM trips are non-refundable. Pricing above includes a non-refundable FAM trip fee of $249 per person. In the event of cancellation, if VPP was purchased, the non-refundable FAM trip fee and the cost of the VPP will not be included in the VE voucher. Travel on the VE charter flight is required for this FAM trip.

Requirements: To be considered eligible to participate in this FAM trip, agents must be registered with VE and have a minimum of 1 booking active in 2024 or 2025. Booking must not be for personal travel, and agent must not have participated in a FAM trip in the last 6 months. Agents that have participated in a FAM trip in the last 6 months may still apply, however priority is given to those who have not attended a VE FAM trip. Agents can bring an agent companion. If the agent companion meets the FAM trip qualifications, they will pay the agent rate and all mandatory events are required for both agents. If the agent companion does not meet the FAM trip qualifications, they will pay the companion rate and can participate in site inspections if capacity permits. Non-agent companions cannot participate in site inspections, but they are invited to any welcome and farewell events/dinners.

It is important to understand that participating in a FAM trip presents a valuable opportunity to enhance your business with VE. As part of the approval process, besides qualifying with 3 bookings, we also review the agent’s production with VE. We are committed to ensuring that new agents have the chance to participate in FAM trips, and we aim to include agents of all levels to foster continuous growth.
