1. Continued Conference in Bergen with sessions on the Climate Agenda, the need for innovation, sustainable transportation, and financing.
2. Afternoon: Board the Hurtigruten MS Richard With for an overnight sailing to Ålesund
3. Dinner and educational session onboard.

FRIDAY, 1 NOVEMBER

1. Afternoon sessions in Ålesund with local case studies on green product development and innovative models to partnership and collaboration.
2. Closing session with final remarks, individual commitments, and the path forward.
3. Festive farewell dinner with local industry leaders and change makers.
