Hi Amanda, great question. The requirements vary by FAM and are normally determined by the supplier that is hosting. Seniority normally isn't a factor, but that supplier may require that you have completed certain courses online or have a certain number of bookings with them already. This is not always the case though, it really just depends on who is coordinating the trip. Hope that helps!
