We are looking for a dynamic, reliable, professional outside sales Rockstar, who is passionate about seeing the world and helping others do the same. This role is a home-based salary + commission position and involves growing our corporate group business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and promotional skills and will be willing to create and maintain relationships with corporate clients. Duties and Responsibilities

 Highly organized and able to create and execute professional presentations to prospective companies

 Ability to quickly identify prospects and convert them to managed clients

 Cooperative and friendly demeanor when working with the account management team and ability to transition the client to this team once the management agreement is signed

 Excellent listening skills needed to work with clients, understand their needs, and advise them

 Expertise in the travel industry and ability to discern the best and most compatible options for accommodations, transportation, and travel dates etc. while keeping the client’s budget and needs in mind

 Level-headedness when dealing with travel problems, complaints, changes, or refund requests

 Basic computer skills, including data entry for our software, presentation creation, and maintaining client files

 Networking skills to connect with helpful professionals such as cruise lines, tour operators, hotels and DMCs

 Present oneself as an SME of the travel and hospitality industry, hosting and presenting at in-person and virtual “by invitation” events

Requirements and Qualifications

 Goal oriented and committed to reaching profit and sales targets

 Ability to work 20-30 hours a week with flexible hours

 Ability to convert cold calls to live appointments

 Must be able to travel; but this is not an immediate need

 Proven successful work history in the travel industry

 Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)

 Solid sales skills and market awareness

 Amazing people skills, ability to interact with clients and negotiate effectively

 Up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, both domestic and international

 Significant personal travel experience a plus
