Key Areas of Responsibility:

  1. Answering calls from clients within Service Level Agreements
  2. Completion of booking files
  3. Quality Control
  4. Problem Solving
  5. Delivering Deadlines
  6. Use technical experience and customer questioning skills to identify opportunities to achieve ‘best value’ from the clients spend, through:
  7. Sourcing the most appropriate travel solution
  8. Applying ‘smart’ air fare ticketing principles; split or combination ticketing
  9. To maximize opportunities through the sales of ancillary products

Customer Development – Take an active part in all customer development strategies to continually improve and strengthen the relationship.

Preferred suppliers - Possess a clear understanding of Egencia’s preferred supplier policy, using judgment and selling skills to promote suppliers wherever possible.

Bi-annual performance review with manager to review performance and identify opportunities for training and personal development

Attend training courses to keep up to date on product and system knowledge

Any other tasks as directed by the Team Leader according to requirement and development of company initiatives.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  1. Danish language skills
  2. Strong customer focus
  3. Significant experience in a similar blue-chip corporate travel environment
  4. Strong communication skills – friendly, confident manner with all levels
  5. Experience of web-based booking tools and extensive knowledge of GDS systems
  6. Extensive travel knowledge
  7. Presentable, flexible with a desire to succeed
