VIP Travel Agent
Responsibilities of a VIP travel agent include booking routine reservations for air travel, hotel, and car rentals, booking small groups, booking special and unique services as required by government executives. Scheduling, responding to requests for domestic and international itineraries, conforming to Government travel standards and policies, promoting the acceptance of CPP fares.
Knowledgeable of FTR policies and managing a prompt and accurate response to telephone and email communications; and maintaining client profiles.
Working in a fast-paced environment with government executives and travel coordinators providing WHITE GLOVE SERVICE.
The ability to deliver extremely high-level customer service to VIP travelers, remain calm under pressure situations, develop strong client relationships; work independently, exercising discretion and judgment, manage multiple tasks and changing priorities, maintain high work volume and quality. Demonstrate personal and organizational integrity, lower multiple changes to PNRS and better efficiencies for the company.
The ability to monitor VIP travel outside of normal working hours.
ONSITE Is Required

Government Travel knowledge is required.
VIP Travel Agent Experience Is Required
