Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. • Qualify inquiring clients and conduct investigatory conversations and to identify specific desires
  2. • Ensure timely, robust responses to all questions and deadlines for the exchange of information with clients
  3. • Conduct research in the public domain as well as with unique industry publications and resources to build options tailored for clients’ needs
  4. • Occasional travel to become familiar with particular products and destinations
  5. • Prepare itineraries and other travel documents for flawless execution of clients’ experience
  6. • Receive payment from clients and make payments to various travel vendors
  7. • Attend trade shows and presentations, both local and out-of-state, to increase knowledge and experience with product

Requirements:

  1. Strong interpersonal and selling skills
  2. Superior written and oral communication
  3. Ability to retain composure under pressure
  4. Proven tactical, procedural experience in a fast-paced environment
  5. Common business acumen and general understanding of revenue, expense, and profit
  6. Willingness and ability to travel
  7. High degree of integrity
  8. Sincere interest and confidence in working with best-in-class product and the commensurate expectations of clients familiar with such products
  9. Comfort in dealing with demanding clientele with discriminating tastes and preferences

Compensation and Benefits:

  1. Base Salary with commission and bonus
