Summary: Reports directly to the President of TravelDesigns by Campbell and works collaboratively with the Executive team to maintain and grow TravelDesigns by Campbell. This position will be responsible for the management of TravelDesigns by Campbell and has oversight of the sales and operations including management of independent contractor consultants and suppliers. This position also serves as the company’s designated interface between Virtuoso, Independent Consultants, suppliers and accounting department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

·        Support leisure independent consultants (IC’s/advisors)

·        Provide regular reporting to advisors utilizing Grasp environment

·        Act as admin and perform administrative duties in conjunction with supplier portals

·        Review and distribute relative email communications to team of advisors

·        Conduct monthly check-in call with team of advisors

·        Oversee lead distribution and ensure high level of service is provided

·        Develop creative agent incentives to drive and increase revenue

·        Serve as one of the designated ‘Owner/Manager’ contacts within Virtuoso

·        Represent organization at various global event and travel shows

·        Partner and strengthen relationship with preferred suppliers

·        Coordinate and schedule supplier appointments, distribute meeting invites to advisors

·        Expand brand awareness through existing clients, social media, and local marketing

·        Manage marketing plan leveraging supplier relationships, maximizing Co-Op opportunities and client events

·        Executes the full life cycle of individual marketing agreements from conception of design through invoicing and payment collection

·        Maintain social media presence with regular posts, review of engagement and analytics, and responses to client feedback

·        Liaise with webmaster for updates, changes, or advertising on TravelDesigns website

·        Train and onboard new sales staff

·       Other projects & research as assigned by department head

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field

•  Minimum five (5) years’ travel experience; leisure travel advisor preferred

•  Minimum three (3) years’ management experience

•  Strong leadership skills

•  Excellent communication skills.

•  Exceptional organizational skills

•  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites

•  Working knowledge of ClientBase and Sabre GDS

•  Willing to travel 10-20%.
