Health & Safety Guidelines:

To attend the Owners Summit, every person will be asked to send proof of vaccination PRIOR to the event. If you have previously sent in your proof of vaccination for another MAST event showing your booster shot, YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND.

We recognize a few members have medical concerns about the vaccine following advisement by their physician, in which case, they must provide a negative Covid test within 24 hours of the event to be admitted. This test can be PCR or Antigen.

Vaccine copies and negative test results can be emailed to courtney.simpson@mvptravel.com.

Cancellation & No Show Policy:

Cancellations on or after Monday, September 19 will result in a $30 charge to cover the cost of our food guarantees. MAST is charged for no shows or late cancellations regardless of reason. If you need to cancel, please email stephanie.werner@mvptravel.com.
