What do you like most about TESS? Easy to learn, easy for all our IC's to use, full CRM features. Love the one-on-one trainings that are available. We are a storefront with employees plus many IC's - and the TESS team was able to make the program work for our hybrid agency. What are some areas of TESS's product that could be improved? They need a better itinerary builder. Some automations are clunky but get the job done. What problems does TESS solve for you? good CRM for client info. keeps track of all bookings and commissions. We love the forms and authorizations.
