What do you like most about Tern? Everything is in one place, everything is connected, AI is being implemented on a weekly basis and is saving so much time. The staff and the training is 2nd to none. What are some areas of Tern's product that could be improved? Things have been evolving so fast and so many changes that it is hard to keep up. I am older and didn't grow up in the world of technology so I think sometimes they forget that their clients aren't all tech savy and go to fast. What problems does Tern solve for you? note taker has been a game changer being able to add the notes to my trips. Also being able to download need information directly from a website is another game changer.

After years of being interested in the travel industry, becoming a travel agent with Boardwalk Travel Agency has been a wonderful experience! From a technical aspect, the official website flows well and is incredibly easy to navigate. As a first time agent, the team at Boardwalk have been super helpful with all my questions. The agency offers a wide variety of suppliers to work with for your clients and is fast with helping you get setup.

I grew up in the travel industry, my parents’ travel agency was in the basement. Later on, I built and worked at a host agency for years. Sometimes I get so excited about things, I think I leave a trail of rainbows in my footprints! :)
